WARRANT FOR ARREST

TO ALL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS IN THIS JURISDICTION:

TAKE NOTE: You are hereby commanded to take into custody any of the below named co-conspirators upon sight. FAIL NOT UNDER PENALTY OF LAW.

KNOWN GANG MEMBERS

The Reservoir Frogs are a little known criminal syndicate that absconded from Oklahoma in February, 2008. Since that time they are believed to have been held up in the small tropical islands of the Republic of Palau. It is reported that they live in an ocean front community on the island of Koror, where they’re planning to stay for the next 2 years.

Mildred Copeland, a.k.a. “Doc Millie” is the reputed consigliere of this crime syndicate. The mother of Michael Copeland, and grandmother of Andrew and Jackson Copeland. She joined the enterprise in 2003 when the gang was operating out of Oklahoma. Since that time she has taken a lead role within the unit as a “problem solver” and all around go-to person when the heat is on.

Elizabeth Copeland is the Capofamiglia (Don/Boss) of the crime family, and she runs the organization with an iron fist. Formerly a full-time speech pathologist, she has now given up any legitimate means of earning money and is living 100% on the sly. During the day she keeps her thumb on the gang’s hench men (which are also her sons) Andrew and Jackson, which takes most of her energy. Running the family is now her full time occupation.

Michael Copeland is the Sotto Capo (Underboss/Second-in-command) of the gang. As such, his main responsibility includes being the gang’s enforcer to maintain the henchmen’s discipline. He also provides the group’s cover by posing as an Assistant Attorney General within the Republic of Palau.

Andrew (age 5) and Jackson (age 2) are the real hardened criminals of the group and are the most dangerous due to unpredictability. Indeed, they have been known to take out hits even against the orders of the capo’s. Yet through it all, it remains clear that the two young deviants form the heart of the criminal conspiracy.

  2. Hello Liz and Mike.

I will be traveling to Palau soon for 3 weeks. Would be interested in some information on the waterfront villas. Is there an e-mail I can contact you directly?

    Thank you
    Alii

  3. Sure, I would be happy to answer any questions you may have. I’ve sent you an email.

  4. Hello,
We will be moving to Palau in November. Since you’re clerking there, you may know Erin and Ben – they lived there a year doing just that. Anyway, we visited them last May and spent a month in Palau and loved it. Ben and Erin have now moved on from what I hear. Anyway, we are looking for a little knowledge from someone there about finding housing before we get there. I know the court sets that up for you, but was wondering if you know of how one might locate available houses for rent from afar. Any help you can offer would be awesome! Send me an email if you could and thank you very much.

  5. I’ll send you an email right away.

By the way, I work for the Office of the Attorney General, not the Courts. While Erin is a Court Clerk, (she is still on island), Ben was a Public Defender.

As an Assistant Attorney General, I worked with Ben on a daily basis. He’s truly a smart and good guy, and it was a pleasure to have worked with/against him. I wish him all the luck in the world in his transition back to the “real world”.

  6. I found your site through the WordPress homepage, and it’s adorable! Nice to see people blogging about Palau.

  9. Hey Mike and Liz!

I am escaping the throws of the radioactive capital of America (New Jersey)and moving to Palau to teach high school English! I would love to pick your brains about the best place for a young woman to settle on the island (and a few other questions). Liz, have you enjoyed your teaching experience? Hope to hear from you!
